How I work

Rooted in restoration.

I believe people are not broken. They are often carrying a great deal, and they deserve a steady place to set it down. My work is rooted in restoration, helping you reconnect with your strengths, your relationships, and yourself.

I am trauma informed and EMDR trained, shaped by years in family systems, community mental health, and crisis response. We move at a pace that respects exactly where you are, and we work toward the moment you feel like yourself again. Clients often tell me they feel both comforted and motivated, which is precisely what I hope for.

  • Trauma-informed care
  • EMDR
  • Family systems

Outside the room

Full of life, on and off the clock.

Outside of sessions, you will find me with a good book or a show that moves me, with friends, or traveling. One of my favorite memories is connecting with the culture in Ghana. My dog Kody reminds me to slow down, and the right playlist, usually something with a beat, keeps me grounded. I bring that same warmth and energy into the room with you.
