Founder and Therapist

Jenique
Dean

PhD, LCSW, CADC

Therapist, international psychologist, and behavioral health leader.

Jenique works with high-functioning, high-achieving adults who appear composed and capable while privately carrying anxiety, pressure, trauma, or the weight of always being “on.” She brings clinical depth, cultural insight, and international psychology training to help you understand what is really happening beneath the surface, and change it.

What feels chaotic can become clear. That is the work, and I do not rush it.

Who I work with

You can be the one who holds it all, and still need a place to set it down.

Many of the people I work with are used to being the ones others rely on. They are accomplished and highly capable, and often carrying far more than anyone around them realizes: responsibility, visibility, expectation, and a quiet exhaustion that success does not resolve.

You do not have to perform competence here. This is a space built for depth and discretion, where high-functioning people can stop managing how they appear and begin to understand what is actually happening underneath it.

In the therapy room

High-achieving adults

Executives, entrepreneurs, leaders, public figures, and other people carrying significant responsibility, working through anxiety, overthinking, trauma, identity shifts, relationship patterns, and burnout, privately and without judgment.

Beyond the therapy room

Leaders and organizations

The same psychological expertise, brought into executive suites, boardrooms, and stages, for companies, conferences, and leaders investing in the wellbeing of the people their organizations depend on.

How I work

Warm, direct, and genuinely useful.

Therapy with me is not simply being listened to once a week. I am warm and direct, curious and accountable. I notice patterns, understand systems, and connect things that can seem unrelated, so we can name what is happening, why it keeps happening, and what real change actually looks like.

For people who are used to being responsible for everyone and everything, this is a place to put some of that down. You do not have to arrive polished or have the right words. We begin exactly where you are, and build understanding and tools you can use long after a session ends.

Trauma-informed and EMDR trained, and grounded in evidence-based practice, the clinical depth sits underneath the work rather than on top of it.

The perspective I bring

Depth that reaches beyond the therapy room.

My work is shaped by a PhD in International Psychology, behavioral health leadership, and crisis expertise, alongside research and teaching across several countries. I think in systems and in context: how identity, culture, history, and environment shape what a person carries.

That same perspective is what allows this work to translate beyond individual therapy, into executive wellbeing, consulting, speaking, and the rooms where organizations make decisions about the people they rely on.

More than you came in with.

01A clearer understanding of what you are carrying, and why.
02Language for what once felt confusing.
03Tools and strategy you can actually use outside of session.
04A stronger connection to your own voice.
05Room to set down what you have been carrying alone.

Outside the room

On living intentionally.

Outside of work, I value calm and intentional living. I travel when I can, I am always learning, and I care a great deal about family and about creating spaces that feel good to be in. The steadiness, growth, and sense of ownership I hope for my clients are the same things I work toward in my own life.
