Jenique
Dean
Clinician, international psychologist, researcher, educator, and crisis leader.
Jenique brings clinical depth, cultural insight, international psychology training, and crisis leadership into the therapy room, helping clients turn complexity into clarity.

What feels chaotic can become clear. That is the work, and I do not rush it.
Warmth, held together by structure.
My work sits where clinical skill meets cultural context. I am trauma informed and EMDR trained, shaped by years of crisis response and by a doctorate in international psychology. I do not look at what you are carrying in isolation. I consider your identity, your history, the systems around you, and the world you move through.
I am direct, and I am warm. We name what is hard, make sense of it together, and build tools you can actually use long after a session ends.

Care shaped across cultures.
Healing does not happen outside of culture, identity, family, history, or community. My work has taken me beyond the therapy room and beyond the United States, allowing me to study, teach, and collaborate across cultures. That international perspective shapes the way I listen, the questions I ask, and the care I provide.

On living intentionally.
Outside of work, I value calm and intentional living. I travel when I can, I am always learning, and I care a great deal about family and about creating spaces that feel grounded and good to be in. The steadiness, growth, and sense of ownership I hope for my clients are the same things I work toward in my own life.
Begin with Jenique.
