A Little About Me
I love to travel, spend time with friends, and enjoy a good party. My self care usually looks like a quiet moment with a good book or a show that moves me. If I do not shed at least one tear, the show was not good. I stay grounded by using the Calm app for guided breathing and reflection. Hip hop and trap music always lift my mood and keep me connected to my roots. My dog Kody brings me joy and reminds me to slow down.
My personality is confident, compassionate, and full of energy. One of my favorite travel memories is exploring Ghana and connecting with the culture there.
My Grounding Favorites
My ideal reset includes soft lighting, a warm blanket, and music that helps me decompress. I feel most at ease near open water or greenery where I can breathe and slow down. My comfort drink is a warm, soothing tea. My slow mornings include stretching, rest, and time to check in with myself. Creating intentional moments of stillness helps me stay centered.
