Outside the Therapy Room: Jenique Edition
A Little About Me
I love traveling, especially creating new experiences. Trying new restaurants, exploring cities, and making memories brings me joy. My self-care looks like slow mornings with soft music, and a peaceful moment before the day starts. Walking my Yorkie, Audi, is one of my favorite grounding rituals.
R and B and soulful music help me relax and reflect. I enjoy candles, warm scents, and anything that makes my space feel calm and intentional. My personality is grounded, driven, and thoughtful. My favorite travel memory was hands down visiting Mykonos, Greece, what a beautiful place!
My Grounding Favorites
I reset by lighting a candle, journaling, and giving myself space to breathe. Being near water helps me find clarity. My comfort drink is a smooth iced coffee or something warm and calming. My ideal morning includes quiet music, and time alone. I feel most centered when my life and environment feel organized, peaceful, and intentional.
